Because I am a doula, on-call for birth clients, I may have to postpone
a class. Mondays will be reserved for make-ups.

call or email for registration and directions. Classes meet at 20th
and Valencia in San Francisco. There is a parking garage one block away.
Postpartum Support Group
Tuesday evenings, 6-8:30

$60 monthly, $20 drop-in
Support
in the Childbearing Year
Saturdays, once a month for a year, 11 am-3 pm
$900 for
one person, $1200 for two
(prorating for latecomers, $225 per “trimester”)
Try to begin in your second trimester.
Preparing
for Parenting—Baby Care and Parent Care
Each class meets one time:
First
Wednesday of the month, every other month
Baby care, 6-9 pm
$30 for
one person, $50 for two
Learn about and prepare for your newborn.
First
Thursday of the month, every other month
Parent care, 6-9 pm
$30 for one person, $50 for two
Learn about and prepare for your special needs in the “fourth
trimester.”
Childbirth
Preparation, from a Doula’s Perspective
4 Thursdays, every other month, 6-9:00 pm
$75 for one
person, $110 for two
