Support in the Childbearing Year
A year of once-a-month meetings for education and support, beginning in your second trimester.
$1200

Monthly Series
Class meets four times and covers childbirth and postpartum preparation basics.
$75 for one person or $110 for two

One and Two-day Intensives
Subjects covered include childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding and infant care.
$50-$60 per hour

Individualized Classes
For those with special needs or a refresher for second-time parents.

Postpartum Support Group
Weekly, ongoing educational, emotional and social support for parents. 2.5 hour sessions. Drop-ins OK.
$20 per session or $60 per month
